Booking & Hire Period
Hire periods are based on the selected duration at the time of booking. Additional days may be charged if the trailer is retained beyond the agreed hire period.
Pricing & Payments
All prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise. Disposal fees are charged separately at cost and are based on waste type and actual usage as determined by the waste facility. Online payment is optional and may be used to secure a booking.
Waste & Usage
Only approved waste types may be placed in the skip bin trailer. Hazardous, restricted, or prohibited materials are not permitted. Overloading the trailer or exceeding weight limits may result in additional charges.
Delivery & Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access for delivery and pickup of the trailer. BINAWAY is not responsible for delays caused by access restrictions, site conditions, or incorrect booking information.
Cancellations & Changes
Booking changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations or failed delivery attempts.
Liability
BINAWAY is not responsible for damage to surfaces, driveways, or property where the trailer is placed, unless caused by negligence. Customers are responsible for the trailer during the hire period.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that these terms are indicative only and may be updated. Full terms and conditions will be provided prior to or upon confirmation of service.
